Chapel St. Leonards has become one of the most popular resorts alongside this stretch of coastline. New Trend Holiday Park is situated next to a two mile stretch of golden sandy beach, with many former holiday makers choosing to retire here.

The site is carefully laid out with your quiet enjoyment in mind, New Trend is situated within the most residential area of the village. The site is only 250 metres from the beach and within easy walking distance of the village centre and all amenities.
The site was established in 1961 and consists of 122 detached cedar wood chalets built to accommodate four to six persons. Each chalet has a lounge, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and shower/bathroom and toilet.
The Park has lots of open areas of lawn and play areas. By design there are no bingo or amusement arcades. A quality Club has been established on the site for over 12 years, with bars and family room with games facilities.
